Robotics & AI
NASA (Space Center Houston)
I participated in the course “Robotics and Beyond” in Space Center Houston which is a part of National Aeronautics and Space Administration. In this course, I was at Kennedy Space Center for one week, learning how robotics is used to create space shuttles and used in aspects related to space exploration. This course was fascinating, from learning about different aspects of robots and coding to gaining hands-on experience with outer space robots. Being able to also sit in space shuttles and understand how astronauts and space scientists create these intricate and advanced machines/shuttles inspired me to learn more about how robotics is an integral part of aeronautics.
Space Center Houston’s Learning Innovation Center is among the United State’s leading science-education resources. Programs are based on national science standards and focus on science, technology, engineering and math to help adults and children think critically, learn about the past, present and future of America’s space flight program and build a greater understanding of the world.
